Homeowner by Sè Rose was founded in 2025 by husband and wife Garret and Rebekah Forst. Together they use homeownership and real estate as a launching point for families pursuing the American Dream — meeting each family where they are and staying with them the whole way.

Garret brings more than seven years of developing and financing high-quality homes — connecting families to home-repair resources and managing long-term development, including the Buckeye-Woodhill Choice Neighborhoods Redevelopment, a 600-unit transformation with local and regional impact. He believes a quality home creates stability, confidence, and pride, and takes exceptional pride in helping others reach homeownership.

Rebekah Forst

Rebekah is an immigrant from Haiti and now an American citizen who has lived every facet of the journey to building a life here. Through government and non-profit roles she has served her community and the Haitian people on immigration status, housing, and education. She brings deep ties to the immigrant experience and confidence in navigating the path to the American Dream.

Homeownership shouldn't depend on where you were born or which language you speak at home. We serve families in English, Español, Français, and Kreyòl Ayisyen with a culturally-intelligent approach — one shaped by Rebekah's own immigrant journey and years of work alongside newcomer communities.

For many of the families we serve, buying a home is the first chapter of putting down roots in America. We meet people where they are, translate the process into plain terms, and walk the path with them.
